For the months of November and December of 2017, we made it a priority to donate to veterans on hard times. Partnering with Active Veterans With Answers 501(c)(3) nonprofit and 6-year old author, Christian Graves, we donated over 2,899 Dimes to Homeless Veterans in Hampton Roads Virginia!
It was young Christian Graves’ desire to reach veterans in need because, at one point, his family was also homeless. With his parents being veterans, he understood the realities from the struggles veterans encounter after the military. But it also inspired him to write two books about his family overcoming this hardship, “Being Five” and “Being Six”.
